A really good and promising start at Cedars Sinai sputtered and then finally screeched to halt. All the news was good except that the scan that wasn't supposed to need authorization... of course did and no way did it look like it would get authorized by Monday, completed , read and the 8 good and plenty sized pills a day dispensed by the time we were scheduled to leave. So we gave our selves up to 2 days in LA before heading home. A good place to start was with a little comfort food to fuel our foray onto the FREEWAYS ....sharing a pastrami sandwich and matzah ball soup
Joined the river of traffic-7 packed but moving lanes each direction. , survived and made it to our hotel and watched Eat, Pray, Love - perfect chic flick for the evening.
And then the next day the super amazing Getty Center, worth the trip to LA
